Data we process

Contact details (name, email address, phone number), company details, the content of your enquiry or correspondence, technical data about the use of this website, and customer data we process under contract during projects.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer enquiries and perform the AEM Scan (performance of a contract or pre-contractual phase), to improve our services (legitimate interest) and to comply with legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

We share data only with suppliers required for our services (such as hosting and email providers). The current list of processors will be added here once final supplier choices are made. We do not sell data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to follow up, and for at most two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or ongoing agreement requires longer.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@aemsystems.nl. We verify your identity proportionately before acting on a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
